A thousand and one tales of Money and Beauty

Palazzo Strozzi alle Oblate

WHO: kids age 5 to 10 and adult companions
WHEN: Saturday 10 December 2011, at 16.30

What might happen if one day a distracted banker misplaced his safe full of gold florins? Or if the merchant Francesco di Marco Datini got caught by storm at sea during a voyage in search of precious and exotic goods? These tales and many more can be invented taking inspiration from the works of art in the exhibition Money and Beauty which--thanks to Rodari's Propp Cards and our own imagination--will become the protagonists of ever-changing stories and adventures.

This workshop, created by the Education Department of Palazzo Strozzi, takes place inside the Kids' Space at the Oblate Library.

Participation is free.
This activity is offered in Italian only.
